Enrolment Fee

Academics and Professionals

3,000,- CZK (incl. VAT), or 115,- EUR, includes refreshments, lunches, banquet, costs of publishing the proceedings and costs of organizing the conference. Participation in the field trip is free for registered conference participants.

Doctoral Students

1,700,- CZK (incl. VAT), or 65,- EUR, includes refreshments, lunches, banquet, costs of publishing the proceedings and costs of organizing the conference. Participation in the field trip is free for registered conference participants.

Publication of each additional paper is charged at 950,- CZK (incl. VAT) or 35,-EUR.

Students of secondary schools and universities (bachelor and master study programs) can participate for free in case of active participation after registration. Due to limited capacity, please contact the conference secretariat.

Information for payment of participation fee:

• on the basis of the conference registration, an advance invoice will be sent to the e-mail of the registered participant within 3 days at the latest.
• pnote: for invoicing it is necessary to include the organization's VAT number.

Deadline for payment of participation fee: by February 4, 2022

Payment is considered to be the crediting of the amount to the VŠPJ account. A tax receipt will be issued to the conference participants upon request at the attendance desk. The paid participation fee is not refundable in case of absence, we respect the reported substitute.

Accommodation

Accommodation is arranged and paid for by the conference participants independently. Accommodation options in Jihlava can be found here or here.

Transport

• from the ICOM bus station, walk about 300 m up a slight incline (detail)
• from the ČD train station by trolleybus B to the stop Vysoká škola polytechnická, the building of the College of Polytechnics is about 50 m from the stop in the direction of the trolleybus behind the newsstand (journey time 9 minutes, stops: Hlavní nádraží ČD - Na Vyhlídce - Jiřího z Poděbrad - Pod Ján. kopečkem - Gorkého - Chlumova - Dům kultury - Vysoká škola polytechnická)
• free parking is available at the parking lot of the University of Technical Education Jihlava on Fritzova Street, entrance at the corner of Fritzova and Nerudova Streets (detail), GPS: 49°24'05.5"N+15°34'58.7"E
