Registration fee

Academics and experts

CZK 4,700 (including VAT) or EUR 192, includes refreshments, lunches, buffet supper, conference proceedings and other organizational expenses. After the registration, participation in excursion is free.

PhD students

CZK 2,700 (including VAT) or EUR 110, includes refreshments, lunches, buffet supper, conference proceedings and other organizational expenses. After the registration, participation in excursion is free.

Charge for each additional paper: CZK 1,500 (including VAT), or 61 EUR

Payment instructions:

• In three days after your registration, you will receive an invoice via your e-mail.
• Note: For a tax invoice a tax identification number of organization is required.

Deadline for payment of the registration fee: 7^th February 2025.

Accommodation

Participants make accommodation reservation independently. Accommodation costs are paid by participants individually at the hotel. Accommodation facilities in Jihlava are available here.

• from the ICOM bus station approx. 300 m uphill (detail)
• from the railway station by trolleybus B to the stop Vysoká škola polytechnická, the building of the College is approx. 50 m from the stop in the travel direction (travel time 18 minutes, stops: Hlavní nádraží – Na Vyhlídce – Jiřího z Poděbrad – Pod Jánským kopečkem – Okružní – Na Helenínské – Březinova – Demlova – Brněnský kopec – CITYPARK – Masarykovo náměstí dolní – Masarykovo náměstí horní – Dům kultury – Vysoká škola polytechnická Jihlava)
